In order to Process a Return, simply Contact Us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Any items being returned must be in their original purchase condition, including the receipt and all product documentation. All refunds will be done in the form of the original purchase method. You can expect your refund to be processed within 2 weeks of our receiving your returned product.
- Aurora Jewelers will not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments or for cost of return shipping.
- Returns or exchanges are not allowed on customized or sized jewelry.

Exchange policy The original sales receipt is required for all exchanges. Courtesy exchanges will be within 30 days from the date of purchase. All exchanges are final.
